Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 7, 2026
Frugal Prints is a trade name (DBA) of Williams Marketing Consulting & Web Design LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit https://frugalprints.com (the “Site”) or place an order, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
We collect information in a few ways:
- Information you provide. When you create an account, place an order, request a quote, or contact us, you may give us your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing addresses, the contents of your order, and any artwork or files you upload for printing.
- Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment provider, PayPal. We do not collect or store your full card number on our servers. PayPal handles your payment details under its own privacy policy.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically collect limited technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring URLs. We use cookies and similar technologies to make the Site work and to understand how it is used.
How We Use Your Information
- To process, fulfill, and deliver your orders, including print production and shipping.
- To create and manage your account and provide customer support.
- To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and service-related messages.
- To send marketing emails where you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- To prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, and keep the Site secure.
- To improve our products, services, and website experience.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business, including with:
- Print and fulfillment partners (such as our production vendor) who manufacture and ship your order.
- Shipping carriers to deliver your packages and provide tracking.
- Payment processors (PayPal) to complete your transactions.
- Technology providers that host our Site, store data, and send our email (for example, our cloud hosting and email delivery services).
- Analytics providers (such as Google Analytics) that help us understand how visitors use the Site. See the Analytics section below.
- Legal and safety purposes, when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Frugal Prints, our customers, or others.
- Business transfers, if Frugal Prints is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Text Messaging (SMS/MMS)
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, Frugal Prints may send you text messages related to your orders and account, such as order confirmations, shipping and proof updates, and replies to your customer-service questions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
We do not sell or share your mobile information, text-messaging opt-in, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used only to deliver the order and customer-service messages described above, and is shared solely with the messaging providers that help us send those messages.
Cookies and Tracking
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and analyze Site traffic. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, but some parts of the Site may not function properly without them.
Analytics
We use third-party analytics services, including Google Analytics, to understand how visitors find and use our Site so we can improve it. These services use cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, time on site, and the site you came from. This information is used in aggregate to measure traffic and usage trends.
Google Analytics is provided by Google, and its use of your data is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by disabling cookies in your browser. Most browsers also let you send a “Do Not Track” signal; because there is no industry-standard response to that signal, we treat your cookie and opt-out choices as your preference.
Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices and Rights
- You can review and update your account information by signing in to your account.
- You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any such email.
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Third-Party Links
Our Site may link to other websites we do not operate. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
